We’ve been there. That’s why we’ve introduced a simple but powerful improvement: Flexwhere now remembers your last used timeslot and fills it in automatically. No more adjusting. Just a faster, smoother booking experience—every single time.
One less thing to think about
Most of us follow a regular schedule. You come in and leave around the same time, and you don’t want to set those hours over and over again. Now you don’t have to.
Here’s how it works:
Change your booking hours once (e.g. 09:00–17:00).
Tick “Remember my timeslot” (it’s on by default).
Next time you book, your preferred hours are pre-filled.
Prefer to make a one-off change? Just toggle off the reminder. Flexwhere won’t overwrite your usual timeslot, keeping things just the way you like them.
Better booking on mobile, too
We’ve added some smart mobile upgrades to make this even clearer:
📱 When you change the time manually, “All day” switches to “Custom”—so you instantly see that your schedule is different.
📱 If you’ve saved a timeslot, the MORNING / AFTERNOON buttons now use outlined styling to reflect that preference.
