Our new Accessibility settings let you personalise workspace colours to suit your preferences and visual needs—making Flexwhere clearer, more comfortable, and easier to use for everybody.
What can you customise?
You can now choose custom colors for all your resources like desks, rooms, parking spots, cars in your user settings. The change also impacts the colours of user statuses. This means you can tailor the colours to suit your accessibility needs, making it easier to distinguish different elements on the floor plan and throughout the app.
Why is this important?
Different people see colours differently, and some may need higher contrast or alternative colour schemes for better visibility. Customisable colours help make the Flexwhere experience more inclusive and comfortable for everyone.
How does it work?
Select “Accessibility settings” in your user settings.
Pick your preferred colours from the options, including a “Custom” choice for full personalisation.
Your colour choices are saved locally on your device. This means your setup stays consistent every time you use Flexwhere on the same device, but won’t transfer between devices.
That’s it. Your view, your way—designed for clarity, comfort, and accessibility.
