How can I create an administrator?

All users in Flexwhere can be made an administrator. It is possible to add multiple administrators in the Control Centre.

Here’s how it goes:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the menu on the left, click “users”;
3. Click the user you want to create Admin;
4. On the user data screen, change the role of the user to Admin;
5. Click save to confirm the change.

Please note: The new Admin will receive an email with a link to create a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. Make sure the new Admin creates a password within these 24 hours.
