With the user groups feature, admins can easily organise and assign desks to teams in Flexwhere. This update eliminates the need to add users individually, saving time and effort.
Groups can have a unique name (up to 128 characters) and up to 25 users. It’s possible to search and filter users by name, role, department, and more to quickly build your group.
How it works:
- In the Control Centre go to the “User” tab.
- Go to the “Groups” tab in the admin section.
- Click “New user group” and follow the guide to name your group and add members. Use filters and search options to select the right users.
- Save your group.
