Flexwhere can link with different types of sensors.
Currently, the following sensors are supported:
1. Philips Hue motion sensors
Philips Hue motion sensors can be used in conjunction with Flexwhere Gateways. The sensors operate based on the Zigbee protocol and are battery-powered.
Each sensor is given a unique characteristic for the room where it is placed. After connecting the Flexwhere Gateways to the local network, the sensors are visible in Flexwhere’s Control Center. The Control Center can then link the sensor to the meeting room.
2. Elsys Lora sensors
The Elsys Lora sensors operate based on the Lora protocol. The sensors interface with an Elsys Gateway and are battery-powered.
Each sensor is given a unique characteristic for the room where it is placed. After connecting the Elsys Gateways to the local network, the sensors are visible in Flexwhere’s Control Center. The Control Center can then link the sensor to the meeting room.
3. Beringar camera
The Beringar camera counts the number of people in a room, but does not record images. The camera should have power and a network connection at all times. This sensor can be configured in Flexwhere’s Control Center.
For more information on the Beringar camera, please visit our partner’s page.
4. Linking with existing sensors
Existing sensors used within your organization can be read. An export of the data provided by these sensors can be used. Through a link, the data is read into the Control Center. The Control Center can then link the one sensor to a meeting room.
