It is possible to cancel a booking of a workplace. If you had made a booking, but you are unable to attend, the booking will disappear after cancellation.
The cancellation works as follows:
- Open Flexwhere for Desktop;
- Select the correct location;
- Go to the correct floor;
- Click on the calendar icon at the top of the screen;
- Select the date of the booking you want to cancel;
- Now click on the appropriate workplace;
- Click on ‘Cancel booking’;
- The booking has now been canceled.
- Open Flexwhere for Desktop;
- Click on ‘My Bookings’ icon;
- Click on ‘My Bookings’ tab;
- Now click ‘Cancel’ on the appropriate booking;
- The booking has now been canceled.
- Open the Flexwhere app;
- Go to the correct location;
- Go to the correct map;
- Press the workplace you’ve booked;
- In the screen that appears, press ‘Cancel booking’;
- The booking has now been canceled.
- Open the Flexwhere app;
- Go to ‘My Bookings’;
- Press the right date;
- In the screen that appears, you can now choose between ‘Cancel only this booking’ and ‘Cancel repeat bookings’;
- Depending on your choice, the booking(s) is/are now cancelled.
