Can the booking option be disabled?

In the Control Centre of Flexwhere, it is possible to turn the booking function on or off. This can be done by the Admin(s) of Flexwhere in your organization.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left, click the “settings” icon;
3. Go to the “organisation” tab;
4. Click on your organisation;
5. Turn workspot bookings on or off by using the slider;
6. Click on ‘change’.

Note: The above change only becomes active in the mobile app when the user exits and restarts the app or when the user exits and logs back in.
