Why can’t I log into the Control Center?

The Control Centre is not accessible for every role in FlexWhere. This prevents every employee in your organization being able to access the organization settings.

Users who have the role Admin or Manager can log into the Control Center.

If you cannot log into the Control Center, your e-mail address may not be correct or your account may not have been assigned the correct role. To do this, contact another Admin in your organization or contact our support department.

In case you lost access to your google authenticator, please also contact our support department.
