How can I indicate that I’m working externally?

By clicking on the ‘external’ switch, you’re letting your colleagues know that you are not working in the office.

The switch works as follows:

1. Open Flexwhere for Desktop application on your PC or laptop;
2. Click the external switch at the top right of the screen in Flexwhere for Desktop;
3. Flexwhere now indicates that you are working externally.

Please note: In order to be able to see the ‘Go external’ switch, your laptop must be known in Flexwhere’s registration list. Contact Flexwhere administrators in your organisation to add your laptop to the registration list.
