If your organisation has enabled PIN login, you must enter a PIN to log in to the FlexWhere app. If you have forgotten the PIN, there are two options to request a new one.
- You will be automatically logged out if you enter an incorrect PIN code five times. The FlexWhere app will then ask you to log in again. You will then be asked to enter a new PIN code.
- You can also enter a new PIN as soon as you delete the FlexWhere app from your phone or tablet. After that, you will need to reinstall the app. Then you can also enter a new PIN code.
