How do I add a Desk Planner?

FlexWhere has several roles and rights. A role can be assigned by an administrator of FlexWhere within your organisation. This always happens in the Control Center.

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Sign in to FlexWhere Control Centre;
  2. Navigate to the ‘User’ menu;
  3. Click on the right person;
  4. Choose the Desk Planner role for the selected person;
  5. Click on save.
