In FlexWhere it is possible to book a meeting room. There are two ways to do this.
Here’s how it’s done:
- Log in to the FlexWhere application;
- Select the appropriate location within the organisation;
- Go to the appropriate floor within the location;
- Select an ad hoc meeting room;
- Select “New booking”.
- Fill in all the details like title and time slot. You can also invite attendees to your meeting by entering email address(es), including external ones.
- Confirm by clicking “Book”.
- Once confirmed, all invitees receive an email with the meeting details. The meeting will also appear under the “My bookings” tab for all attendees, but only the organiser can cancel the booking.
Meetings are booked in the organization’s booking system (for example, Topdesk or Outlook) and then displayed in FlexWhere.
FlexWhere then shows only the upcoming meetings of the current day.
