To improve your experience in locating and booking meeting rooms, you can filter on the meeting room list view.
If you wish to clear your current selections and start over, click on the “Reset” button located near the filter options. This action will remove all applied filters and revert to showing all meetings within the organisation.
It is also possible to sort the list view based on “time” (ascending or descending), “room” (alphabetically), or “floor” (alphabetically) depending on your preferences.
- Go to the meeting room list view.
- Click on “Filter by premise”.
- Choose the desired premise from the dropdown list.
- Click on “Filter by floor”.
- Choose the desired floor from the dropdown list.
- After selecting a floor, the “Room” filter will adjust to display only the rooms available on the chosen floor.
- Click on “Filter by room” and select the meeting room you wish to view.
