Which devices can I use FlexWhere on?

FlexWhere is accessible on multiple types of devices.

• Desktop
  The connection is automatically set up as soon as the device logs in through the corporate network.
• Laptop
  The laptop name is known to FlexWhere and the user receives a pop-up. FlexWhere asks the user to choose a workspot. The user can also indicate that it is working externally.
• Laptop with docking station
  The connection is automatically set up as soon as the device logs in through the corporate network.
• Mobile phone or tablet
  If your organisation uses the FlexWhere mobile app, it offers reliable insight into where a workspot is available and where colleagues are located.
• Touch screen devices
  If your organisation has set up touchscreens, these are usually located at the main entrance and near the lifts.
