Flexwhere makes it easy to coordinate your office days with your teammates. You can view who plans to be in the office on future dates up to 30 days in advance, helping you schedule around your colleagues and select your workspace accordingly. This new feature, available on both our mobile and web apps, allows you to see details of your coworkers’ future workplace, parking, car, and meeting bookings, including specific date, time, and location details. You can check who’s in the office in two ways: by person or by specific date.
To view a colleague’s future bookings:
Navigate to the user list or business card on the floor plan. In both views, you’ll now find the “See all bookings” option, which opens a pop-up displaying the user’s upcoming reservations. For quick access, click on any booking in the list to view its full details.
To see who’s in on a specific day:
Select a date and use the search bar or view your buddy list for an overview of your favourite colleagues’ schedules. This gives you insight into who plans to be in the office, helping you plan your day around your preferred teammates.
