Flexwhere makes anonymous working possible. Your colleagues can’t then see if and where you work. Each organization can set whether this is available or not.
Here’s how it goes:
- Open Flexwhere for Desktop on your laptop or PC;
- Right-click on the Flexwhere icon;
Select “hide me” from the menu that appears;- You are now an anonymous user within Flexwhere.
- Open the Flexwhere for Mobile (Android or iOS);
- Select the correct location;
- Go to the correct floor;
- Find the workspace you want to book;
- Press the workspot;
- Press ‘Custom booking’;
- Select the start and end time of the booking on the correct date;
- Switch off the switch behind ‘Booking visible to others’;
- Press ‘Book’ to finalise the booking;
- The workspace is now anonymously booked for you for the specified time.
Note: If you have made yourself anonymous through Flexwhere for Desktop, a booking will automatically be anonymous as well.
Note: In addition to the above, organisations can choose to display all employees anonymously in Flexwhere. This setting can be changed in the Control Centre.
