The note field is available in both group and ad hoc meeting booking forms. When you create a new meeting or modify an existing one, you’ll see it in the booking interface. This optional note field enables users to request services like coffee, tea, and catering, as well as add important reminders such as “bring laptops.”

- Select the meeting room you want to book.
- Enter all required fields like title, time, frequency, and invitees if it’s a group booking.
- In the note field, you can specify any special requirements such as catering needs (e.g., coffee, tea, snacks) or important reminders (e.g., “bring laptops”). The field is optional, so you can leave it blank if there are no additional details.
- Save your booking, and the notes you’ve added will be stored along with the meeting details.
