What is and is not registered?

Flexwhere does not store users’ personal information. The data comes from the Active Directory of the organization that Flexwhere has deployed.

Flexwhere uses the current data for the following functionalities:

• Is anyone available or not?
• Does someone work externally or not?
• Is a workplace occupied or not?
