In FlexWhere, you can filter workplaces, parking spaces, and meeting rooms based on timeframe, availability, labels and emergency response.
The filter option can be used as follows:
- Open FlexWhere for Desktop;
- Select the right location of your organisation;
- Find the filter option on the left side of the map;
- Select your filters. You can choose more than one.
- Only those workplaces, meeting rooms and parking spaces will be highlighted that match them.
- Login on the FlexWhere application;
- Select the right location of your organisation;
- Select the correct floor of the chosen location;
- At the top right of the screen, press the icon next to the search icon;
- Select your filters. You can choose more than one.
- Click ‘Apply’ to highlight only those workplaces, meeting rooms and parking spaces that match your filters.
