What is the utilization per workstation?

Admins and Managers in FlexWhere can view the occupancy rate of all individual workstations and work zones. This can be done through a so-called “heatmap” which can be found in the statistics.

To view the heatmap:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left side of the screen, click the statistics icon;
3. Go to the “Statistics” tab;
4. In this screen, you will find multiple reports on occupancy by floor, workplace and occupancy by object. At the bottom of the page you will find the so-called heatmap.

Tip: Using the settings at the top of the page, you can set the time period, among other things.
