How do I link Flexwhere with TOPdesk?

Flexwhere is easy to link with TOPdesk. Links with Flexwhere are realised by our Support team on request.

The following information is required to establish a link with TOPdesk.

• The TOPdesk organization URL. This URL looks like this: https://yourorganisationname.topdesk.net/.
• Access to a TOPdesk account with sufficient rights. The account should have access to all meeting objects and should have all read and write permissions also for API access.
• The password associated with this account. This password can be suggested in a separate mail to our support team.
