In order to serve you as well as possible, it is important that we know the version number of Flexwhere you use when you communicate with us.
The parts of Flexwhere that are listed below have their own version number. You can read how to find that version number below.
- Use a browser to access your organisation’s web environment;
- On the home screen, find the Flexwhere logo on the footer of the page;
- Click the Flexwhere logo 5 times;
- At the bottom right of the screen, the version number of Flexwhere appears.
- Sign in to the Control Centre;
- Click your user ID at the top right of the screen;
- The menu that appears shows the version number of the Control Center.
Android
If you download Flexwhere’s mobile application from the Play Store, you can find the version number there under ‘App info’.
After installing on your mobile device, you can find the version number in the app. After activating your mobile account, go to the settings by pressing the gear icon. The version number is listed here.
iOS
If you download Flexwhere’s mobile application from the App Store, you can find the version number there under ‘Version History’.
After installing on your mobile device, you can find the version number in the application itself. After activating your mobile account, go to the settings by pressing the gear icon. The version number is listed here.
Windows
After you download Flexwhere’s mobile application from the Microsoft Store, open the application. Activate your mobile account and go to the settings by pressing the gear icon. The version number is listed here.
The mobile application ‘Flexwhere Meeting Room Display’ is only available for mobile devices with the Android operating system. This app is only available in the Google Play Store. The version number can be found under ‘App-info’.
When you open the app, you can set up the application. On this page you will find the version number at the bottom of the page.
Later, after setting up the app, you can get back to the settings by pressing the time shown at the top right of the screen five times.
Windows
On your Windows computer, you’ll find the version number in the following way:
Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Flexwhere Tray App
If you select the Flexwhere Tray App, you’ll find the version number.
Mac
On your computer with Mac operating system, you’ll find the version number in the following way:
Finder > Programs > Flexwhere
When you select Flexwhere, you’ll find the version number in the summary.
