Why have users disappeared?

Users may disappear from FlexWhere. That’s because the list of users is refreshed every 24 hours.

The list of users comes from the organisation’s Active Directory (AD). If a user is removed from the AD, the user will no longer be available in FlexWhere after the initial data refresh.

In order to get a user back into FlexWhere, the AD needs to be changed.
